We continuously monitor our DEIB goals and initiatives to ensure progress and accountability. We actively review and analyze a range of data, including student achievement, experiences, and outcomes; staff diversity; and school and community engagement—to identify strengths, address disparities, and guide strategic action steps. Through surveys, feedback cycles, and ongoing reflection on our practices, we uphold our commitment to making our efforts meaningful, measurable, and sustainable, advancing equity and belonging for all members of our school community.
